A classic of Italian dish, our forest risotto is reimagined to make room for wild mushrooms from Quebec. While remaining vegan, our recipe allows for a high protein content to make it a complete meal, with a final touch of sumac to stimulate the taste buds.

19 g of protein per serving

Ready in 30 minutes

Preparation :

1) Set small packet aside, and empty main packet in pan with 2 tbsp of oil. Stir under medium heat for 30 seconds. Optional: add ¼ cup of white wine.

2) Measure 2 ½ cups of water and pour gradually until rice absorbs water, stirring every 3 minutes.

3) Repeat step 2 until the rice is tender, then serve, sprinkling with spices from the small sachet. Note that cooking takes 20 to 30 minutes, and requires a total of 3 to 4 cups of water.

Réconfortant après une grosse randonnée

Succulent, tout simplement ! Un repas végane simple à cuisiner, nourrissant et tellement bon. Devenu un grand classique lorsque l’on part en autonomie quelques jours. 😁

Goût et texture

Pas aimé. La présence de tomates séchées était dominante. Trop. Le tout avait une consistance collante .
Pourtant, j'avais déjà goûté avant et aimé. Avez vous changé la recette ?
